They say all good things come in threes. The Godfather Trilogy. The Three Musketeers. Three-Cheese Pizza. And, of course, this recent large order we received from a global health and hygiene company. The ask: Produce three custom Hamilton carts to streamline the production flow of a variety of their packaging materials. Here are the highlights.
Core Stock Cart (XT3353)
With a payload of 4,500 pounds, this cart provides the perfect cradle design for housing humongous core stock paper rolls. Thirty-six-inch-tall panels on both sides keep the rolls extra secure during transport.

This cart accommodates very large but thin label rolls that can be properly oriented and hauled into work cells by being turned 180 degrees on their ends.

This cart features in-panels on three sides to securely keep a tall stack of palleted goods in place during frequent stops from point A to Z. Each pallet weighs approximately 2,250 pounds per load and spans 41 by 47 inches.

All three carts above are designed with 4-wheel steering and towing tongs to make trailing and tracking super efficient. Mold-on poly wheels fitted with automotive-grade tapered bearings add plenty of va-va-voom to the life of the wheels.
