What happens when a leading supplier of rolled aluminum materials decides to roll out a state-of-the-art facility? They call on Hamilton for some heavy-duty help. Because when it comes to transporting massive steel rolls, precision is key, and there’s no room for cutting corners—or backing up.

Our customer needed two bespoke trailers built for versatility, strength and efficiency to transport two distinct steel roles in their new plant with flat, smooth concrete floors—perfect for our trailers to perform their best. While both trailers have similar applications, our designs support the different sized rolls in different ways.

Both trailers have double fifth-wheel steer designs with lockouts for easy towing in either direction, and the loop-type towing tongues lock upright for smooth maneuverability. Rolling smarter, not harder, for twice the productivity.
