How does one move a 23,000# spindle?

This specially designed trailer provides safe, efficient, and flexible transport. Sporting twin cradles for large capacities and a length of more than 18 feet, this fifth-wheel steer trailer is designed to carry massive 36” diameter rollers for steel cable used in high capacity cranes.

Open frame construction permits debris & liquids to harmlessly pass through to the ground, and the tubing prevents anything from being caught in the lips created by channel or I-beam frames. Its bright yellow color promotes high visibility when towed. The heavy duty tongue, with a robust forged loop for connecting to the tow vehicle, provides years of service with little required maintenance.

The trailer rides on six 10” diameter x 4” wide Superlast XC (Extra capacity) wheels, each capable of carrying 6500#. Due to the uncertainty of the load and the fact that the rear wheels carry more of the load than the front, there are four wheels in the rear and only two on the front running gear.
